XHelpers Pro End User License Agreement

Effective date: August 12, 2026.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of XHelpers Pro (the "Software"), a macOS utility provided by Xintech LLC ("Xintech", "we", "us", or "our").

By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Xintech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on Mac computers that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially host the Software;
redistribute the Software except through an official Xintech-approved release channel;
modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software;
reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
remove or alter copyright, license, or proprietary notices; or
use the Software in a way that violates applicable law.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Xintech and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this Agreement.

4. Features, Permissions, and User Data

The Software provides local display and custom-resolution controls, window arrangement and focus tools, Finder context-menu actions, local archive and Safe encryption/decryption, pointer and input customization, per-app audio controls, keyboard-backlight control where supported, and optional Wi-Fi switching. The Software may also provide optional Bring Your Own AI configuration and a minimal provider test for the supported OpenAI, Anthropic, and xAI integrations. Available features depend on the installed version, Mac hardware, macOS, permissions, and third-party software.

Some features require Accessibility, Input Monitoring, System Audio Recording, Location, Automation, Full Disk Access, administrator authorization, or a privileged helper. You are responsible for deciding whether to grant a permission and may revoke it in macOS System Settings, although the related feature may then stop working.

Finder, archive, Safe, move, paste, display, resolution, audio, pointer, and remapping operations can alter files or system behavior. Maintain independent backups, verify destinations and results, and do not use your only copy of important data for testing. Xintech cannot recover a forgotten Safe or archive password and does not possess your local encryption keys.

When you direct the Software to open a path or item in another application, that application's terms, privacy practices, network behavior, and compatibility apply. Xintech does not control third-party applications or services.

If you configure an AI provider, you are responsible for the provider account, credentials, model selection, applicable provider terms, usage limits, and charges. AI services can be unavailable and can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or harmful output. Selecting a default AI does not authorize the model to read files, run commands, or control Software features. Do not treat AI output as a substitute for professional advice or independent review.

The Software does not include or install the Codex SDK, Claude Agent SDK, or their CLIs. If you choose either integration, you are responsible for separately installing and maintaining the exact compatible SDK under its provider's terms. The OpenAI Responses API integration does not require a local agent SDK.

Do not rely on the Software for safety-critical, accessibility-critical, medical, emergency, or other high-risk uses.

5. Updates, Services, and Availability

Xintech may provide updates, but is not obligated to do so. Updates may be subject to this Agreement or to updated terms provided with the update.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xintech does not promise that the Software, any particular feature, any update, any download or re-download, any update feed, any license activation or validation service, any third-party integration, or any distribution channel will remain available for any particular period of time. Xintech may modify, suspend, discontinue, remove, or stop distributing the Software or any related feature, update, service, download, distribution channel, or support resource at any time.

Some Software features may depend on macOS, Apple services, third-party services, third-party tools, network connectivity, hardware capabilities, or security permissions. Xintech is not responsible for changes, outages, removals, restrictions, review decisions, or discontinuation by Apple or any third party.

If the Software or a related service is discontinued, copies you already have may continue to function only to the extent they remain compatible with your Mac, macOS version, license status, security settings, and any required third-party services or tools.

The Software may include third-party or open-source components governed by their own license notices. This Agreement does not restrict rights granted directly under those notices.

6. Privacy

The Software is designed as a local utility. It does not require a Xintech account, contains no app-analytics or advertising SDK, and does not send app-usage telemetry to Xintech.

The Software stores preferences, identifiers, bookmarks, license information, and bounded diagnostics locally as described in the Privacy Policy. Limited network requests may occur for automatic or manual update checks, license activation and periodic validation, license deactivation, and communications you choose to send. An AI provider request occurs only when you explicitly use an enabled AI test or a separately disclosed AI-backed feature. The current public release keeps Safe archive workflows local and does not provide a Xintech-hosted Safe transfer or link-sharing service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XINTECH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NONINFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, CONTINUED AVAILABILITY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XINTECH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE OR THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF XINTECH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XINTECH'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE OR THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO XINTECH FOR THE SOFTWARE, OR USD $10 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.

9. Termination

This Agreement terminates automatically if you violate it. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies in your possession or control.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise. You retain any mandatory protections available in your place of residence.

11. General Terms

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this Agreement except with Xintech's written consent; Xintech may assign it as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of the Software business, subject to applicable law.

This Agreement, the Privacy Policy, applicable third-party notices, and any purchase terms presented at checkout constitute the agreement concerning the Software. Purchases, taxes, billing, and refunds may also be administered by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record and remain subject to mandatory consumer law.
