Flexible Timers by Xintech LLC Privacy Policy

Flexible Timers is operated by Xintech LLC. Flexible Timers uses account information to provide timer, reminder, account, synchronization, report, and message features. Flexible Timers currently sends email reports and email messages only to the signed-in user's own account email address. This policy also describes the SMS privacy terms for account phone verification and user-created SMS reminders sent only to the user's own verified, opted-in account phone number.

Information Collected for Email

When a signed-in user requests verification, a report, feedback, or an email reminder, Flexible Timers may process the user's account email address, message content, timer/report data needed for the request, and delivery metadata needed to operate, troubleshoot, and secure the service.

Information Collected for SMS

When a signed-in user adds their own account phone number for SMS, Flexible Timers may store the phone number, consent status, consent source, consent text version, consent wording, SMS Terms URL, Privacy Policy URL, timestamp, verification status, user-created reminder message content, scheduled reminder time, and message delivery metadata needed to operate and audit the SMS program.

How SMS Information Is Used

SMS information is used to verify the user's own account phone number, send reminder SMS that the user schedules for themselves, maintain opt-in and opt-out records, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and comply with carrier and legal requirements.

No Marketing Sale or Sharing

Flexible Timers does not sell SMS opt-in data. Flexible Timers does not share SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service Providers

Flexible Timers may use service providers, including SMS providers, to deliver verification messages, deliver user-scheduled reminder SMS, and operate the service. These providers may process SMS information only as needed to provide the messaging service.

Opt-Out

Users can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Users can reply HELP for help.
