Messaging Help
Flexible Timers by Xintech LLC SMS is limited to account phone verification codes and user-created reminder SMS sent only to the signed-in user's own verified, opted-in account phone number. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. Reply START or YES to opt back in after consenting in the app. SMS is not a two-way chat service.
Flexible Timers email reports and email messages are currently limited to the signed-in user's own account email address.
