Flexible Timers by Xintech LLC SMS Terms

Flexible Timers is operated by Xintech LLC. Flexible Timers may send SMS messages only to a phone number that a signed-in user adds, verifies, and opts into as their own account phone number. The current SMS program is limited to account phone verification codes and user-created timer/reminder SMS that the user schedules for themselves. Flexible Timers does not send marketing text messages and does not allow users to send SMS to arbitrary third-party recipients. Flexible Timers SMS is not a two-way chat or conversation service; inbound keywords are used only for STOP, HELP, START, and YES compliance handling.

Opt-In

Users opt in inside the Flexible Timers app by entering their phone number and affirmatively checking a box that is not pre-selected. The checkbox says: "I agree to receive SMS verification codes and reminder messages from Flexible Timers by Xintech LLC that I schedule for myself at this phone number." The opt-in screen also displays these SMS Terms, the Privacy Policy, standard message and data rate disclosure, STOP and HELP instructions, message frequency information, and no-marketing language. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Flexible Timers sends verification messages when a user requests verification of their own account phone number. Flexible Timers sends reminder SMS only when the verified account owner creates and schedules that SMS reminder for themselves. Users cannot send chat replies or user-authored messages to Flexible Timers by SMS.

Fees

Standard message and data rates may apply. Message and data rates are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages from Flexible Timers. After you send STOP, Flexible Timers will stop sending SMS messages to that phone number unless you opt in again.

SMS Keywords and Responses

STOP opts the phone number out of Flexible Timers SMS. The expected STOP response is: "You are opted out of Flexible Timers SMS. No more messages will be sent. Reply START to opt in again."

HELP requests support information. The expected HELP response is: "Flexible Timers sends account verification codes and reminder SMS you schedule for yourself. Help: https://xintechllc.com/FlexibleTimers/support.html. Reply STOP to opt out."

START or YES opts a previously opted-out phone number back in after the user has already provided app consent for that account phone. The expected START response is: "You have opted back in to Flexible Timers SMS messages. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
