Xin Account Identity and Recovery
Use Xin Account support for shared sign-in, account-email access, security or recovery questions, linked sign-in providers, sessions, an unfinished signup, or deletion of the global Xin Account. Deleting Xin Account also deletes every connected product listed in the confirmation.
XTimers Product and Data Support
Use XTimers product support for timers, synchronization, reports, sounds, reminders, alarms, XTimers account membership, or deletion of XTimers data while keeping Xin Account. Include the app platform and version, but do not email a password, security code, session token, or recovery credential.
XTimers Messaging Help
After a signed-in user gives explicit consent, XTimers by Xintech LLC may attempt to send a setup verification code to the user-entered proposed account phone number. After successful verification and opt-in, user-created reminder SMS may be attempted only to that same phone number. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. START or YES may opt that number back in after consent in the app. SMS is not a two-way chat service.
XTimers email reports and email messages are currently limited to the signed-in user's own verified XTimers account email address.
