XTimers by Xintech LLC SMS Opt-In Evidence
This page documents the XTimers SMS opt-in flow for toll-free-number verification. XTimers is operated by Xintech LLC. The end business shown to users is XTimers by Xintech LLC. After a signed-in user gives explicit consent, XTimers may attempt to send a setup verification code to the user-entered proposed account phone number. After successful verification and opt-in, user-created timer/reminder SMS may be attempted only to that same phone number. XTimers does not let users message arbitrary third parties, does not send marketing SMS messages, and does not provide two-way SMS chat.
Opt-In Flow
- User signs in to XTimers.
- User opens Account Info.
- User opens Set Up SMS.
- User enters their own phone number.
- The SMS consent checkbox is not pre-selected.
- User affirmatively checks the SMS consent checkbox.
- User can open the SMS Terms and Privacy Policy links from the same screen.
- User clicks Continue to request a one-time verification code at the proposed account phone number.
- After the phone is verified and opted in, the user may schedule reminder SMS only to that same verified, opted-in account phone number.
Consent Language
I agree to receive SMS verification codes and reminder messages from XTimers by Xintech LLC that I schedule for myself at this phone number. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message frequency varies. XTimers will not send marketing texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Current Consent Evidence
The live opt-in screen shows the exact consent language above, the phone number field, an unchecked affirmative checkbox, SMS Terms and Privacy Policy links, STOP/HELP wording, message-frequency and message/data-rate disclosures, and the owner-phone-only SMS scope.
Sample Message Formats
Verification delivery can use a provider- or region-specific template. A representative verification message format is:
123456 is your verification code.
A scheduled reminder uses the user-created reminder text, subject to trimming and delivery-provider formatting. For example, a reminder may contain:
Pick up child for after-school piano class.
Keyword Instructions
Inbound keywords are used only for compliance and account-phone messaging controls. STOP opts out, HELP requests help, and START or YES may opt a previously opted-out phone number back in after app consent. Carrier and provider handling may vary; XTimers does not promise a particular automated keyword response. XTimers does not accept general SMS conversations.
