Messaging Compliance

Flexible Timers SMS is currently limited to one-time verification codes for a signed-in user's own account phone number. SMS reminders and third-party recipient messaging are not enabled. SMS is not a two-way chat or conversation service.

SMS keywords: STOP opts out, HELP returns support information, and START or YES opts a previously opted-out phone number back in after app consent. These inbound keywords are used only for compliance and account-phone messaging controls. Response message examples are published in the SMS Terms and opt-in evidence pages.
