Flexible Timers Terms

Flexible Timers is a macOS productivity app operated by Xintech LLC. By using Flexible Timers, you agree to use the app for lawful personal or business timing, reminder, report, and account workflows.

Account and Messaging Use

You are responsible for the account information you provide. Flexible Timers email reports, email messages, and SMS verification are currently limited to the signed-in user's own account email address or account phone number.

SMS Program

The SMS program is limited to one-time account phone verification codes. Flexible Timers does not send marketing text messages. SMS use is also governed by the SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

No Emergency Use

Flexible Timers is not designed for emergency, medical, safety-critical, or life-critical timing. Use a dedicated system for those needs.
