Flexible Timers uses account information to provide timer, reminder, account, and synchronization features. This policy describes the SMS privacy terms for phone verification.

Information Collected for SMS

When a signed in user adds their own account phone number for SMS verification, Flexible Timers may store the phone number, consent status, consent source, consent text version, consent wording, SMS Terms URL, Privacy Policy URL, timestamp, verification status, and message delivery metadata needed to operate and audit the SMS program.

How SMS Information Is Used

SMS information is used to verify the user's own account phone number, maintain opt-in and opt-out records, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and comply with carrier and legal requirements.

No Marketing Sale or Sharing

Flexible Timers does not sell SMS opt-in data. Flexible Timers does not share SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service Providers

Flexible Timers may use service providers, including SMS providers, to deliver verification messages and operate the service. These providers may process SMS information only as needed to provide the messaging service.

Opt-Out

Users can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Users can reply HELP for help.
