Messaging Help

Flexible Timers SMS is currently limited to one-time verification codes for a signed-in user's own account phone number. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. Reply START or YES to opt back in after consenting in the app. SMS is not a two-way chat service.

Flexible Timers email reports and email messages are currently limited to the signed-in user's own account email address.
